A therapist who's been there

I've always been deeply intuitive and aware.

My life changed when my brother suddenly

transitioned to spirit in 1982. He opened a

door to a spiritual journey to find myself,

my gifts and my purpose.

 â€‹

I spent decades honing my connection with

spirit and moving through grief and trauma

into self-discovery.

I trained in many ancient and modern

therapeutic practises including mediumship,

hypnotherapy, eft, meditation, havening,

reiki, somatic therapy and shamanism.

In 2021, my only son transitioned to spirit.

Through our deep connection, I have found

grief to be a portal for alchemy, a rise in

consciousness and re-connection to the light.

It is my passion to guide others in moving

through trauma, grief, old patterns and pain,

into awakening and soul rememberance.

I understand grief and many life's challenges,

so can hold a safe non-judgemental

space for your release and your evolution.
